RFE
Aloha, We just got an update on our case. They want RFE we haven't received the letter by mail yet, But normally what do they want to see? I applied for the I130 back in Feb, Me and Hubby who I applied for have a 6 month old and we got married online via Utah marriage we were together for the ceremony, We have tons of photos of us, Baby, Family and friends , Boarding passes and all since we've been together. Thanks in advance

We can't access our online account sadly as we don't have a access number we requested one 3 months ago and never heard anything back 😩

Yes we definitely will send in our infants birth certificate, At the time I applied she wasn't born yet. Thanks for the reply just wanted to know what else they ask for

But I forgot to mention, When I applied 3 months ago for the I129f we did send in our newborn's birth certificate and photos 🤔
