My advance parole document says that the application is for single entry and expires on sept 30th, 2021. However, the customs and border stamp says that the parole is valid until sept 2022. The parole stamp in my passport says valid until next year, too.

I have read multiple times that they are waiving the interview on marriage based GC if you have been married longer than 2 years. is anyone hearing anything similar? married USC 18 years, 5 children 2 grandchildren. so it would kinda be nice if this is the case.

Hey guys… Basically when I started my green card application, dmv approved a one year driver’s license. Now I’m currently waiting to remove conditions on my green card. I’m still in process. my case is 8months today. “ case still says received by uscis” no biometrics or biometrics reused since then. But DMV approved me an 8 year driver’s license this time around. Does dmv have to consult uscis? I just want to know why I got the 8years driver’s license? does it have anything to do with my application.

How do you access case documents on USCIS?

Just wondering! we are currently being actively reviewed but I see on these threads some people have had approval documents without their status being updated. How and where do I check these? I do have an online USCIS account but nothing stands out. We do have an attorney working on our case so would the access be set up with her? thanks!

My case was denied because I missed the interview, however, I did not receive an interview notice, after updating my address(which I have proof of in email and mail) my notices are still being sent to my old address. I was told to file for i290b....anyone had ever gone through this? Which address do I use after completing the forms? Any advice on this

Active Review but Received Approval Letter?

I checked the uscis website and the case status remains “actively reviewed” but we now have an approval letter in the case documents. Has anybody experienced this? Is it approved and it’s just a# website glitch? #usciswebsite

Reschedule Biometric

My wife just got her biometric notice, is it possible to reschedule and what are pro/con of rescheduling if any other than the most obvious? we are attending my brother retirement who’s in the US Navy and won’t be in town at the original schedule for biometric. any advise appreciated.

why are case predictions on this all 5 days old?

Curious why these predictions are at least 5 days old? these are critical times in eb greencard timeliness and everyday something new seems to be happening in regards to how they are processing faster/slower. Is there a way to force an update in predictions manually ourselves?
