hey guys my online status never updated from case received from almost 8 months ago. I got a bio reuse letter and was told by uscis agent my bio was applied 6 months ago. They said just to phone in every month for an update but now I can’t get through. anyone know how to fix the online status?

I gave my biometrics on july26th 2021 and case status updated on August I will be scheduled for an interview, but did not receive the notice yet. how long does it normally take after the biometrics to get the interview date. my wife is sponsoring my green card.
