Does uscis really respond to service request because mine is heading to 30 days in the Jan 7
I had service request made in December 7 and it been 20 + days and it was about uscis rfe response taking 90+ days

i received one yesterday for my k1 fiance visa petition and filed it two weeks earlier. although their response was that they couldnt tell me when my case would be processed

@ Iron man what type of application it is ? this is really sad to hear that 7th request and no seriousness ..are they making a joke of themself
