Change of Status H4 to F1 -I539
Hi all, its been more than 11months from the date of application received to USCIS. I haven’t received any biometrics yet and my center is texas. I have only one semester left , as i dint get any updates from USCIS i am going to take a break next semester. Is there any case like mine who dint get biometrics yet? Can anyone give suggestions what do i have to do now?? Should i approach congressman or should I request for expedite process? Please advice me on the same . This is so stressful

yeahh i raised a expedite request but they said i have to wait atleast 2 weeks to get an update . what else can i do other than that??

i said that its been more than 12 months and i did not get my biometrics… so i asked them if they can atleast expedite my biometrics

you are hitting 400 days mark in 2 days, any update on biometrics? I sent a message on Jan/19 but no response yet

@Amit Chandwani.. i did got get update on my biometrics also, they have denied for expedite request for biometrics and i dont know what to do now 😒

my expedite request got declined again... no biometrics yet, lets see where fate leads.

looks processing times are pushed to 21 to 27.5 months.. don't know what to say, it is a painful journey
