I-693 Medical RFE sent today
Does anyone who can share his/her timeline after medical RFE, how long did you wait for the decision from Nebraska SC? They told me to reply on their RFE request before Sept. 30, 2021 and I hope they'll receive my package before that. Is anyone got approved recently or also the same timeline as mine? This is an EB3-1 application. #I693 #EB3 #medical

long wait and no any updates on my case and my extension about to be expired next month i called USCIS to schedule an appointment to get stamp on my passport they said i will get phone call from the officer during 30 days
it’s been almost 25 days since I called them
i don’t know what to do now ???
any one could help?

hello everyone, I came here to talk about my experience with advanced parole, I arrived today after 32 days abroad, I landed at Washington DC international airport, I went through the first check with no questions just greetings, they took me to the second checking and there was even simpler, they just arrived with my documents and they didn't ask me any questions, neither about covid nor about quarantine, much less about my immigration processes, they stamped my passport and said I could go, I was surprised, no stop using your parole for fear immigration is not a 7-headed beast, (I was without status for 6 years)
citizenships interview appointment
if some one had the same experience please help! I was scheduled for my citizenship interview on September 2nd however due to the flood that happened the day before in New York the security took our paper appointment at the entrance and they told us that they will contact us soon for a new interview appointment! until this time I have not received any updates on my USCIs account and I have not received any mail! if someone have a similar experience please share !

Please help. Case filed April 28, 2020. Biometrics done May 10, 2021 , I’m yet to hear from USCIS on when to take the Civic test. It’s been 1 year and 4 months. What can I do please? I contacted them and was lucky to talk to an agent after holding for 1h 15mins. They told me I have been 205 days overdue and yet I’m yet hear back from them. I filed for out of priority date and was told I will hear from them within 30days. I am so sick . please ok what can I do? Its affecting my spouse’s I-130 application.
