same here, I passed it on December 1 and I got approved on December 17 and no oath ceremony letter yet. Field office Newark NJ.

Usually, it takes 3 weeks to get oath. But I suggest you to contact your congressman. They may help your case, it's not a guarantee but better than nothing.
