Case Processing
The needle is moving…..!
Checked the Lawfully tracker today and, for whatever this app is worth, our position has bumped from 22nd to 17th in the past 24 hours for I-130/US citizen spouse/Texas field office/consular processing in the Netherlands. Our PD is 9 Dec 2020. Sharing in case anyone wants to compare like-for-like cases. Anyone else seeing any movement for similar cases?

PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME
Hello everybody,
I hope everyone is doing good despite the very long wait of our case processing. I have a question that I always asked myself when reading some of you all.
WHY IN EVERY POST WHETER SIMPLE OR BASIC PEOPLE KEEP ASKING FOR TIMELINE? PD? FO? ETC...
I Can understand when a post is requiring how much longer after this or that... but when it's a simple question regarding Traveling with Advance of Parole or Biometric for example you all don't need a Timeline!! We all know that after biometrics you get your EAD and after the Interview.. Some might be lucky not to get EAD and jump directly to interview, others NO... SO, don't just think it's automatic for all. Just answer the question regarding the matter. For me, it won't changed anything as every case is different but instead will built some kind of frustration for the person who is asking or for others.
Also questions about "what they ask at the interview" are already on this apps. Just do your research... I think that's why people don't respond to this kind of question no more. This app is to bring peace and help not frustration and hanger. I have seen a post where someone was asking about the interview for 3 successively weeks but NO answers. Or the person could've just navigated around the apps and save times for himself. That's the reason why they upgrade this apps. To make it easier for people. EVERYTHING IS HERE, JUST RESEARCH
That was all my concerns and questions. NO OFFENSE THOUGH
Thanks and you all should have a great day.

Any Advice?
I'm a US citizen filing a standalone I-130 for my Brazilian wife. First sent to Nebraska then transfered without notice to Texas. Case received March 8th, 2021 and being actively reviewed since June 2nd, 2021. We've been married for more than two years and have a 7mo old daughter. We currently live in Portugal.
My daughter has been diagnosed with profound hearing loss here in Portugal. We want to get her cochlear implants but cannot get them here. I can, however, take her to the US and she can get the surgery there, but the idea of taking a baby alone without her mother is too much to bear.
My wife tried to get a tourist visa for medical reasons so that she could accompany us for all the doctors visits and eventually the surgery in the US. She was denied because of the pending I-130. They did not even look at any of our daughters medical docs.
Just wanted to reach out and share this. Maybe someone has some helpful advice (other than "just be patient"). Thanks in advance.

I submitted my I130 (F2A, Green Card holder spouse) in August 2019. Till now no change on the status. What's the next procedure and how long it takes to get approved. California Service Center.
