Hi i have a question. If my wife got her i140 approved and I'm her dependent. That's mean that i got approved. We are F1 students and on Dec 17 we got approved. Now waiting for the EAD card. And if course i1485 interview. But we are planning to drop school now. Thank you so much for your help. God bless you guys.

Hi,
If my company transfers me to a different state/city, will it be a problem for my case if my spouse decides to stay at our current address because she wants our son to finish the school year before moving?
I'm planning on keeping my current address as my mailing address. has anyone experienced this before? Does living at different addresses affect your case even if you still pay bills together or have joint bank accounts?

According to the uscis website, tps processing time should be 3-5 months tomorrow will be 5th month since I submitted my tps application. Do I have to request a out of normal processing time???

Is there anything I can do?
It’s been almost 2 years since we have filed for my green card, case is in NY which means I am in normal processing time, but this is getting ridiculous. I see people who filed in 2021 getting their green cards; what happened to 2020 before pandemic filers? Is there really anything I can do at this point?

my wife is F1 same as me. she wants to drop school but what about me.
I have a question group. My wife got her i140 approved on Dec 17 and our EAD card is getting processed and I1485 is unknown when will be done. She is F1 same as i am. I'm her dependent but what should I do. Can I drop school also or not? Thank you so much
Does the status "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" means anything?
-My biometrics was done on 12/30
-Expedite request for EAD on 12/30 (Healthcare worker without any EAD who is experiencing financial hardship)
My status for my I-485 was immediately updated to "Case Is Being Actively Review By USCIS" but I didn't think much of it based on what I have seen on this platform. However, I just checked my account and noticed that my I-765 was updated to the same status. As anyone ever experienced anything like this? Do you think they're looking into my expedited request for my I-765 or I shouldn't worry about it too much?
