Hey my I-130 form has been under actively review since last June. My husband is a U.S. citizen and my case is being processed at Nebraska Service Center. Does anyone have any idea how much more time will it take for the approval?

I-130 petitioner received biometric appointment

is USCIS now starting to call petitioners to take fingerprints/biometrics? I've viewed the notice in question and can confirm that USCIS called the petitioner on his I-130 notice, to go for biometrics. Is this the new norm? As far as I know, only beneficiaries do biometrics.

planning to travel to Puerto Rico while waiting on my GC processing to start

hi, can someone please help me understand if I can travel to Puerto Rico and come back to the US? I am on a h1b (visa stamping pending) and am waiting for my spousal gc processing to start. we submitted the documentation for the green card in September of 2021 and have only received an acknowledgment from USCIS. will this affect the gc process?
