I applied exact a month before you, on Nov. 9. My local field is in Brooklyn, NY. The same day I applied they uploaded a document in my document section that they will reuse my finger prints (a week after I got a letter in the mail with that notice). The aprox processing time now is 11 month. (I applied with the 3 Year Rule). What about you?

I applied 3 months before the actual date which is September base on the 3 years rule. processing time is roughly the same, i wish you good luck.

@wisdom so you applied 3 month before your GC become 3years right? or is it marriage ceremony?

@kim a , yes you can send in your application 3 months prior to 3 years if base on marriage or the same applies to the 5 years.
