how long before it changed to being actively reviewed? I submitted mine online in August and it has not changed since then

Make sure your case still with Nebraska Service Center, and not transferred to another SC

Yes there is, My son’s case since May 2021, it was with Nebraska, then they transferred it to Vermont and it’s being actively reviewed for 4 months now

actively reviewing since July 7th… California service center (Pd June 23rd), US citizen filing for spouse (consular processing)…

how do you know if your case has been transferred? do they send you a notice ?

Lorin, no they don’t, I contacted them and they informed that my case has been transferred to Vermont SC
