Vermont EAD - need some positive news…?

Like many of you, I will be losing my job on Friday as my EAD expires and the renewal is still pending. Anybody else submit their i765 around March/April to Vermont? I’m an E2 spouse (a17) and really want to know when I can expect to be able to work again. I’m so sick of my career being interrupted by delays from USCIS 😔

I-130/i-485 VAWA

Hi, I had an interview the other day and then another interview which was the stokes interview. Few days later my spouse and I got into a fight and he left. now we are talking about divorce. can I file vawa while my 1-130 is pending because any other way, they’ll deny my case.

really not understand what should we do please if someone know what is the best step to make in this position.
