I had applied in Apr 16 2020 but still I’m not getting any information or update.

@lal limbu i have a friend who applied in april and already approved from uscis and nvc even her interview date is scheduled.. which service center?

I applied I130 for both my parents on June 3rd 2021 and is "being actively reviewed" since June 21st.

@anonymous me isnt june 3rd priority date is active now.. i am sorry i dont know which service center is yours.. mine is Nebraska and right now june 5 pd is running.

@boss lady my mom's case is in Potomac SC and my father's is in California SC. first it was in Nebraska and i received receipt notice from Nebraska SC, and then I was told they transferred it to the above 2 SC's. Yesterday I received a message that says " your priority date is now........", but based on the processing times online posted by the SC's it was not even half way.

@boss lady I applied for my parents in July 2021. I didn't receive any update yet. I have Nabraska SC for both my parents.

@hardi shah, me too my mom's case was updated in November to actively reviewing and dad's case updated in December to actively reviewing. i was able to chat with live agent in uscis page i asked him if my case is being transferred to any other service center because i have heard so many people that their service center are changed from what they applied to but the guy said my case is still in Nebraska. i am just praying it stays there until next month. my PD is july 8 what about yours?

@boss lady in November I got update about my father it in being review. I didn't get any update for my mom. my Pd is end of June 2021. and how do talk with live agent. I tried but they didn't reply.

ask emma you type live agent and they will ask question try to write something that emma dont understand and it will transfer to live agent

@boss lady I just ask them they said they transferred my file two different service center for my mom they transfer to Texas and my dad they transfer to Vermont. I don't know what to do now?

@good luck did you ask when? i think now you have to wait until the priority date is current.. i am not sure though there are many petitioner here whose case is like yours may be they can help better

@good luck I honestly don't know what to do at this level, because California SC, where my pop's case is located, posted that their timeline for processing I-130 for a US citizen is 28.5-37 months. And Potomac SC, where my mom's case is located, posted that their timeline for processing I-130 is 12-16 months. I think that based on what we're seeing here on how USCIS processing cases things can happen suddenly. But if I found out anything important I'll share it with you and other's in this app.

Mine was approved in early Dec. submitted on 7/31/21. Now I am waiting on NVC to review all my forms and documents.

@tania t which service center? did yours changed to actively reviewing? how long did it took to get approved from actively reviewing?

Nebraska. I used online submission. from actively review to Approved was like 2 days.
