I had to provide an address , but maybe yours can be different

you will fill up a form with congressman on his web site and tell them your problem, you can do all of this from your country, btw which country ?

Congressman in Dallas is Mr. Colin Allread and he helped me in my last two EAD renews. Look for his web page and you can request for the support online.

@Rene Acosta you’re right. I’ve reached out to my congressman today and they asked for proof of my initial request and supporting documents to build the case

you would need to show evidence you are their constituen. you could ask but they may not take the case.
