idk what’s is i-751?? i got my green card through the same marriage and I’m still married, almost 7 years

i751 form is the removal of conditions on the green card basically the extension of green card on the basis of marriage. and most of the times people apply for naturalization during their pending decision because these days wait is so long.

no no, i got my 10year green card right away, I didn’t have temporary one (2 years one)

I still have that one valid 6 more years left

oh I see. Then your case is straight forward. What are they waiting for ? Your marriage situation is already cleared and you got 10 years.

yep, got that one , still married 7 years… Living together i have no idea… that’s why i was so disappointed last week at the interview… :(

15 months it’s such a long wait . i was of the opinion Boston office doesn’t have much back log. Anyway we can only hope for the best
