Kim John ~ Unless your application was jam packed w/evidence & USCIS has EVERYTHING they need meaning not sending you a RFE, Vawa takes on average 24-36 months to approve. Hopefully you won’t have to wait that long. Good luck.

Hey beautiful thing ~ Exactly. There was a lady on this app last year December time who said that her Vawa got approved within months. I believe it was actually less than 6 months. I was so shocked. The more proof you send them, the less time is spent going back & forth w/RFE’s.

@k p I have sent tons of additional evidence last year I am. 2020 filler I still didn't get approved yet

i doubt anyone got approval in few months. we shall ask foe case niumbee to track it

OMG! Absolutely useless! this agent is telling me they can't access any information at this time. I need to wrote VT. I'm tired of writing Vermont, they NEVER respond.

They're system is TOTALLY jacked up. It takes 2yrs to approve a Vawa case & ANOTHER to issue a GC? That's ridiculous

I filed my I360-I765-I485 exactly 25 months ago , after a month I got a prima facie determination letter then in May 2021 my EAD approval and card then a letter saying I can apply for benefits with expiration date of one year as well my EAD valid for 1 year , I renewed my EAD and now they gave it valid for 2 years and got another letter to apply for benefits valid for 5 months . Nothing on my VAWA yet 25 months later 😞🙏
