I-693 Medical Exam Reminder
my attorney forwarded the courtesy reminder letter from USCIS about the Form I-693 medical exam .
But I have mailed the I-693 medical forms together with form I-485 while filing. This has been confirmed by the attorney who filed my case.
Now my questions are -
1. Is it common to get medical exam reminder case even if the medical forms have been mailed ?
2. or is it possible that my antonymy misplaced the medicals and did not mailed the medicals while filing I-485 ?
or is USCIS misplaced the medical forms and requesting it again ?

hi everyone!
i am an F1 visa holder authorized to work with a EAD expiring on December 13, 2021. I got married to a USC and priority date for I-485/I-765/I-130/I-131 is July 21, 2021. can I extend my current EAD in case I don’t get a new one or I-485 approved before then? I am not a STEM OPT, by the way.

help guys! next year I’m going to be applying for naturalization. my wife is in Argentina for this reason I’m going to be traveling back and forth. I’m not sure how much time the USCIS gives you in advance to schedule your appointments. I’m afraid of being in Argentina and receiving out of nowhere an appointment and I’ll have to flight right away to the US. anybody has an idea? thanks :)

Hi guys. I don’t know if someone can help me with this question but I have filled my i485 oct 29 2020 and I did my fingerprints apr 01 2021 and got my EAD approved in Jun, but I didn’t have received the medical exam yet. Someone can say if this is normal?
I have received the letter about I485J one month and half ago just saying fee were waived. What this is mean? Thank u if someone can help me if that!
Is anybody else suffering from all this waiting time? 😞
It’s been very frustrating…. I thought things would be faster after the new administration. It feels worst actually.

I-131 is out of processing time. I heard it gets processed when I-765 is being processed. Shall I get in touch with USCIS and inquire about I-131 now or just wait till I-765 is either processed or out of processing time?
Would inquiring about I-131 now accelerate I-765 processing or probably not?

Can I enter the US with no visa for pleasure (Canadian) while my I-129 is pending?
I applied for P2 visa for Canadian musicians in July.
It used to take 45-60 days but my case is still stuck at case is received.
I had a plan to fly out on Oct 5 to US from Canada to attend my boyfriend's brother's wedding on the 9th and start work after. But can I still fly out on the 5th and say I am visiting to attend my bf brother's wedding with no visa (no tourism visa needed for Canadians) while my P2 visa (i-129) is pending?
I won't start my work until it is processed and will have to come back to Canada and re-enter the US when the visa is approved.
I was just wondering if it would be a problem with the border officer or with my visa process if I am in the US.
