yes, if the biometrics is not clear they reject and call for another biometrics

some times they allow, u can take a chance

u can request them that this is ur second biometrics. Ask them to take it carefully. again if that gets rejected u have to get a letter from police( verification)

but my uscis account says fingerprints were taken. and I even got an interview appointment
