No decision after interview
In our interview, the officer only mentions me my name, birth date and address. After that he started mentioning about how I enter united State. And he keep mentioning about my C1 visa. And yes, I was enter in united state as a crew men and he knew that. Thatās the end and he give me some advice.I knew this is not what weāre looking for but sometimes we break the rules with innocent mistakes. He said crewmen are bar to adjust according by law. Hey!!! folks, keep your head up, hope you guys will success what you dream for and happy new year.

Hello star, I am sorry to hear that, was the interviewing officer satisfied by both your answers and documents you submit? and what does he mean by crewman men are bared from adjusting? I mean you entered the US legally right? either way, I pray you get a positive decisionā¦

I got denied letter they sent it to me by my neighbors.

@Tomn jerry , yes my case is C1 then paroled. it was a loophole. they kept case pending for 5 years and got denied during Trump last year in the office. i refile again in 2021, got interview in November2021 and no decision until now.

TKK itās really long journey for you,yes I see what you see but my wife beat me up and refused to file i601 waiver so I did file i360 along with i485 and will see what happens. But I will be fine whatever happened after all.
