I have filed an I-130

mine was updated to ''rfe received'' 11 days after they received it.

I uploaded my response online so I got the “rfe received” immediately in my USCIS account. but haven’t got any updates ever since.

oh ok. they have 90 days I think to update after that.

Depends on where you filed. I know for Potomac Service Center it is a months wait after RFE.

@ Shamondy I filed at Potomac it's been 3 months since RFE response recd

l had an issue with my birth certificate translation and also one year of my sponsor’s income

i live in ohio and i send my file to Chicago. not sure what center is that
