Actually, you can't see when you file by paper. I suggest you contact Emma through the website. Say info pass and a customer service will help you

yea I did contact Emma and they say they unable to tell me what type of notice it is smh

the funny thing when I call uscis a agent told me they don’t see anything being sent out to me since my interview notice in October

Keep eyes open to your email and spam just in case they send something. But I highly recommend you to keep calling or chatting sometimes the agent does not want to help.

@liz, they don't always know when notices are sent out. I had a uscis in my informed delivered account but it wasn't actually delivered..so I contacted uscis n they Said no notice was sent out. the mail came like 2 weeks after n it was a deficiency notice, one in which I don't don't take to the interview I wouldn't be approved.

Ensure that your last name is on your mailbox because usps acts like they have limited brain cells.
