I-131 expedite request received ?

hello everyone. I expedited my 131 because my mom is sick back home and I need to go visit her. Today only the status of form I-131 changed to “Expedite Request Receieved”. I have two questions please: 1- what evidence USCIS will approve for my sick mom? 2- does expediting I-131 mean that my whole package (I-485 and I-765) is also expedited or is it only the travel document ? thanks a lot !

combo card renewal- expedite pending at WAC

Hi, is anyone else waiting for a combo card from California service center? been waiting 10months for a renewal, that’s pretty ridiculous… I requested an expetite last Wednesday and emailed additional evidence on Thursday. However I have not heard anything since. Does anyone have similar experience/know how long it takes for them to reply once the evidence is emailed? The wait is so stressful…

They have just updated their processing time to 10 months to 21.5 months. :( Last inquiry date went from July 19th, 2020 to January 09th, 2020. May God help us! 🙏

Inquire date went back to Nov 27!! I’m a Jan filler and still waiting. 2 expedite requests denied. did anyone in Nebraska got approved? I’m starting to lose hope.

requesting for more evidence of bonafide marriage

hi Everyone, uscis sent my wife a letter from n august 12 requesting for more evidence of bonafide marriage and according to my wife, she said she mailed the documents to them via usps overnight since September 3rd but till date, they haven’t acknowledged it on our case status yet and our case haven’t changed still the same requesting for more evidence, if it possible they have received it but haven’t acknowledged it or update our status from their end? has anyone experienced this before because it’s so frustrating and confusing, please needs advice and suggestions!!!

Passport renewal

Hello community, I have a quick question. My passport expired and I started the renewal process. I still have my old passport, but it’s expired, and my new one just arrived to the embassy. I have to go pick it up, but they told me that when I go to pick it up they are going to cut the first page of the old one, basically where all my information is. I have copies of this passport, but obviously they are not going to match the new one so my question is should I wait to get the new one or should I pick it up and bring the cutted old one together with the new one? Hope this was easy to understand. Thank you!

what if my Indian passport has my maiden name & my green card has my married name , will my travel get impacted with this ? how about port entry ?

I usually see “case is being actively reviewed as of Jan 04, 2021” now that changed to “case is being actively reviewed as of Sep 30 2021” what does this mean??

Its a marriage to usc based case, pd 15dec2020, bio august 5 2021, ead ap 26th august 2021. Let me konow how to prepare and what to bring. can’t file Case outside processing time

Hi everyone, my EAD application under TPS was received on March 30th, I tried to file a case outside processing time claim but the system says my application is currently within the posted processing times. I don’t know what else to do to try to speed it up. any ideas about this? thanks
