PD Aug.20,2020 Anybody Notice Coz when i check Proccessing times For Vermont Center its 9.5 to 12 Months..instead of 23.5 months to 30 months...and my Pd already outside of proccessing times coz it says Oct.09,2020...whats going on...it means my case going to be approve soonest.. im confused..

How long it take time to update the biometric

My biometric done on August 30, 2021 but the system doesn’t updated yet. Is there anything to concern. Anyone having the same situation. Appreciate your response.

HELP me understand PLEASE!!!

Guys, please help me understand... Should I pay attention on the receipt date (when I first apply with alllll documents) which was Dec 2019 OR The second receipt date, Dec 2020, when they approved the i-130, OR the date the case was received (Jun 2021) when they say received and "fees waved"? Which one is "my date" to pay attention? As far as I understood, the time I've done the fingerprints (September 2021) doesn't matter right? My case is EB adjustment of status/husband. Still waiting for EAD too. :( thank you!!!

Hi, i recently filed for I-130 USC I got a receipt showing that it’s actively under review and the receipt shows NBSC. I later submitted a expedite request. it was denied, but the email they sent for the denial came from the California Service Center. does this mean my case was moved to Cali? please let me know from your experience. thanks

I just received a notification that my interview has been scheduled. I haven’t received the letter yet with my interview date. how long away was everyone’s interview from receiving the letter. I.e how much time do they give you to prepare your documents?

I had my interview one and half months before at Queens field office, New York but still i did not get response. It still shows in my status: "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed" Your interview for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number MSC................, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Anyone could share your opinion regarding this?????

concurrent vs non concurrent at tsc for niw

why there is huge lag in i140 approval in concurrent processing compared to same in non-concurrent processing? any reason for Uscis to delay concurrent processing?
