Hi guys after 6mths of waiting for an interview they finally scheduled me, however on the app they didn’t provide a date, My question is how long after receiving the notification did the notice come in the mail? And how long after getting the notification was your interview? Thank you in advance for the answers and God bless
Question Priority date and EAD
I have an approved EB1 in July but I filed the i-485 and i-765 towards the end of september.
According to the info above, when would be my priority date? and when do I expect having the EAD (assuming it has been requiring around 200 days). Will I receive it around 200 days from July or from September? thanks
Mistake on I-130 spouse visa
Hi everyone, I had a lawyer prepare my visa application and he made a huge mistake on the online form!
item 45. was the beneficiary EVER in the United States? the answer was no (which is correct cause my husband never entered the US before!)
item 46 - if the beneficiary is currently in the US complete item 46.a - 46.b
(now the nightmare)
item 46. he or she arrived as a (class of admission)
- my lawyer wrote “UN” !!
I have no idea why he wrote that, but I believe it’s a typo!
will the USCIS deny my visa? or they will request more evidence? did that ever happened to anyone before??

i485 please help me!
went for i485 interview in December 2021, it went well and all the questions were answered. My work authorization expired in July 2021. lawfully said my new card is being produced, 3 days estimate. I can’t work nor travel, I don’t feel good.

Based on the case analysis pro, 18 cases were approved. Filed date March 15, 2021 to April 12, 2021 I am assuming this months will be our months because they are working on it. My case still saying ( Name was updated) I am 281 days in and still waiting. it’s hard to be in a long distance relationship and waiting too even harder.
