Mistake on I-130 spouse visa
Hi everyone, I had a lawyer prepare my visa application and he made a huge mistake on the online form! item 45. was the beneficiary EVER in the United States? the answer was no (which is correct cause my husband never entered the US before!) item 46 - if the beneficiary is currently in the US complete item 46.a - 46.b (now the nightmare) item 46. he or she arrived as a (class of admission) - my lawyer wrote “UN” !! I have no idea why he wrote that, but I believe it’s a typo! will the USCIS deny my visa? or they will request more evidence? did that ever happened to anyone before??

He isn't a lawyer. He is a scam. Ask for a damage compensation. You can always call them to fix this error.

@Rena, no, I am not talking about denial. I mean a professional when gets paid has to do his job perfectly. I don't think you get denied because of a typo error, but you need to let them know before they think what you have mentioned in the form is true.
