when they say new card is being produced what do they mean and if if means approved how long does it takes to get the card in the mail
????

rocky rock - "card being produced" means literally that the card you petitioned for was approved and it's being printed out. how long it takes for you to get it in hands depends on where you are. normally, it is about 10 days on average from the "card being produced" status but right now it is winter and because of road closures due to wintry conditions, the USPS is also affected. so, it'll take longer.
