Does my husband need to create his own online account for the form I-130?
so I just realized I can’t add this case ( I-130) to my uscis account. does my husband need to have his own uscis account to add the case and be able to view it?

no.thats not true.i can see all my forms in my account

Nina she never said anything about forms. yes you can see all your forms on your online account but you cannot add the I-130 to her acct. each person has their access keys and information on them are usually tailored to each person

I couldn’t add my husband’s form I-130 to my uscis account. we created his account and requested the online access code which we got within a week and was able to add the case and see on his own uscis account though.
