Unfortunately, their backlog increases every month, and the worst part is working permits. I’m waiting for almost 13 months (applied in Dec 2020), and I think they started to work on applications from Nov 2020. Waiting for GC is allowing me to live in the USA, but without I-765, that is becoming so hard.

Ridiculous- yesterday they were at January 2021 and today it went back to December 2020. processing time just keep extending every month.

Oh, I just saw it too. This morning was January 5th 😣. It’s never-ending ☹️.

@dana chitfos, I applied for EAD renewal NBC Nov 2022. So I feel your pain, hopefully they will approve it soon. At this point it’s a waiting game 😔

Ha - hopefully it everyone gets approved soon. I had someone in my work who applied new in TSC and got it in 5 months - half the time I am waiting, crazy!
