Also healthcare worker here. I expedited it back in September, but I went straight to Congress person (the announcement for healthcare workers expedite was not a thing at that time) to do it for me since I didn’t want to take any chances. They approved the request in 24 hours, and Recieved the combo card after 1 week, I assumed it was because I provided a letter from my Health System explaining the situation.

No no dependents. I was on H1B status that expired on the day I submitted the expedite request. My EAD/AP had been pending for 6 months.

I expedited on Friday, been waiting for them to reach out. will post if i got any news

eb2. filing date was early august. I expected to be asked for the evidence of my profession. but they didnt even ask for it....just denied
