URGENT QUESTION
So I am so angry right now because my husband apparently received RFE back in September and the documents were due December 24th. per my lawyer everything was taken care of even though I told her if the evidence were sent then why his case is not updating to evidence received? my husband didn’t have uscis account because he was deployed and got back recently and I have always been home and I never received the letter that was sent to him. at the same time I received RFE and I received my document because it was sent at the same date as his and we live in the same house.
so now what do I do? can I upload the evidence or can I just send it even though it is passed the deadline?

Maybe you can sue the lawyer first and then send all the documents with a cover letter explaining the situation

that eases my mind a little but I was thinking maybe I can upload the evidence in the account then send it the evidence as well. but I have never done it so I am not sure if I can put all the evidence in a PDF file and upload it as one including the RFE

Ask your attorney or call USCIS. Maybe you can fax it or mail it with overnight delivery. Hope it helps!

don’t waste time, send everything they asked to them ASAP the letter it’s very specific that they will take a decition based on what they have, if something it’s missing the case will be denied. So send everything with the RFE copy letter that’s very important, send a letter explaining the delay and that’s it. Your husband needs to resolve that for yesterday, I’ve got the same problem with my husband his RFE was not completed but as soon we noticed no updated from uscis we sent everything again with the fastest shipping service we could find. Give it a try hope the best

I have never done this since I paid a lawyer to do the job 🙄 now I wish I had that money and did my own paper work because it all started with them filing the papers wrong that’s why we got these RFE in the first place. I am going to call my lawyer tomorrow early in the morning because I am extremely mad. my case should have been so easy since we had all the paper work.

I can relate to you. I used a lawyer as well and still was issued an rfe. I was extremely disappointed because I put a lot of trust and faith in him. I'm wishing you nothing but the best outcome.
