WANT TO KNOW ABOUT CHANGES IN DS-260
Hey! I submitted my ds-260 form and now I realized that I mistakenly type my father's name spelling is wrong. My father given name is Muhammad I put O instead of U. What should I do? Please help me is there any way of corrections? How can I change my father's name spelling?

Let them sent you notice that they have approved it. after that you do nvc public inquiry and correct it by sending your father traveling passport and birth certificate to correct it

If you apply new one you will pay another fees which doesn’t make sense to me

@nan 8 actually the problem is that in my birth certificate my father name spell Mohammad but in my passport and I'd card his name spell Muhammad. Don't know what should I do

Is it possible that I can simply inform my mistake to my interviewer/ consular at the time of interview and ask to have it corrected at that time?

email nvc through the public inquiry form and make the corrections. no need to file ds260 form again
