August the 9th is going to be 5months for me,I'm hoping and praying that this week I know what's going on.

yes you can request out of normal processing time if your application was submitted august 5,2021 or before

I’m still waiting on my biometrics appointment from august hopefully they do change that I’m going on 5 months also

accordind to USCIS case check processing time on friday december 31rst they supposed to start processing Haitian TPS that was received on august 3rd, but unfortunetaly they was close since friday 31, so on monday january 3rd thats mean they will see all the cases receiving from august 3 to 6, thats mean anyone who is in this range of time will be elegible to make a case inquiry for anormal time. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

so anyone who want to check go to that link https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ first chose: I-821 TPS Second chose: CALIFORNIA Service Center and you will see that today they suposed to process document receiving on august 5th.

i think this week, everyone will have approval

not everyone but, i really think people in the range of 3 to 10 august should see some update, in case no they can or they should do the case inquiry for anormal time.

i got two months ago i responded the RFE, but still no response
