Sponsorship Questions
My mother in law who is US green card holder applied for her 2 sons. I sponsored both of them as my mother in law doesn’t make enough money. One of my brother in law in waiting for visa interview. Now my question is there restrictions on how many person someone can sponsor? I am having issues with my second brother in law’s application. Initially they told me that I don’t qualify to be joint sponsor & I have to be added as household member. But when I add myself as household member I received message from uscis that i don’t qualify to be a household member and have to be added as joint sponsor. This has been happening for last 18 months. I really don’t know what seems to be the issue. Can somebody please give me some suggestions. Thanks
Approved today for emergency advanced parole
I got tired of waiting on the traveling documents and the green card. Went in with documents today to the Dallas field office and was approved on the spot. 60 days emergency advance parole. I got 2 pieces of paper that I’m supposed to show when I leave and when I re-enter. it’s probably a little risky to leave because of Covid, but I am planning to be on a plane in late January

I received my work authorization card in the mail 2 days ago does anyone know if the social security card is gonna come in 7 to 10 business days I been trying to call my local social security office but noone is answering am worried I really need my social security!!

I-131 travel document
Hi, I filed my I-485 in brginnng of November. I did my biometrics two weeks ago. I didn’t file my I-131 with the I-485 thinking I could get the visa stamping done back home, and I wouldn’t need an I-131, but because there are limited visa appointment availbility, I’m now filing for I-131. Since my biometric for I-485, and I-765 done, do I need to submit the biometrics for I-131 separately? would my I-131 be issued with the I-765 given that I’m filing the I-131 now? or would I have to wait for the I-131 after the I-765 is processed? what’s the waiting time?

Texas Processing - so Frustrating!
I see cases applied in January & April of 2021 being approved in the Texas center. What happened to February & March??!! This is so frustrating!! I just wish USCIS would give you updates.
