I submitted on the 24th , requested for documents on the 28th…… now waiting for response as well

l sent for an expedite request on 12/15/2021 still now but they have not ask for any documentation or say anything is that okay guys.

My first expedite request to vermont to about 30days before they responded then after 1week received a denial. I just sent a second expedite request because I am a health care worker. Vermont has issues I just hope that I get approve this time because of the change in criteria. When I got denied the first time I was surprised because I wondered why would vermont office deny a registered nurse, when the country in going through a pandemic and is suffering from severe healthcare worker shortages. I had a job offer letter but still got denied.

National Benefit Center, but I am not sure if it depends on service center. Your case may be approved if you get lucky.
