Your doctor should be able to get you another copy to take to your interview (if applicable).

wow, says the medical was done 2 months before submission..but thats because the first one was denied due to lack of signature

lack of yours or the doctors?

my denial was for all the cases due to the form being expired or something of the sort..so the lawyer resent everything using the same medical

@T O I had the same notice too, what I did was I had the I 693 form sealed and unopened my lawyer didn’t send it in with my application, we just took it with us to the interview two weeks ago, the officer opened it right after I was through with the interview and told me I should hear from them in 30 days. hope that helps

@T O I took the 693 medical in 2020 (I don’t remember which month it was though) I was worried it expire before I would have submitted my 130, 765 and 485 forms in June but my lawyer told me that the 693 form is good for 2 years due to the Covid. I had my interview on the 16 of this month, I haven’t had no issues yet just waiting to hear from uscis now

go to the previous surgeon and say you need a copy for your interview.( do it when you have your interview already scheduled ) DONT send it.use it for show in your interview
