Sponsorship Questions
My mother in law who is US green card holder applied for her 2 sons. I sponsored both of them as my mother in law doesn’t make enough money. One of my brother in law in waiting for visa interview. Now my question is there restrictions on how many person someone can sponsor? I am having issues with my second brother in law’s application. Initially they told me that I don’t qualify to be joint sponsor & I have to be added as household member. But when I add myself as household member I received message from uscis that i don’t qualify to be a household member and have to be added as joint sponsor. This has been happening for last 18 months. I really don’t know what seems to be the issue. Can somebody please give me some suggestions. Thanks
