how to speak with real agent at uscis
hi everyone,
I have a question few months ago whenever I would call uscis and upon saying infopass it would connect me to an agent right away or with a little wait time.
But now the wait time is 80 mins or 75 mins every time I call them(after saying infopass)
once I kept on hold and thought maybe they will connect me earlier but after waiting for 45 mins I hung up.
do you guys know any quick way to connect with a real person other than infopass??

Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence
My mom is 74. 27 years in USA. Wants to become a citizen. Yesterday had appointment for Naturalization test. But officer said that her doctor didn't convince her with the diagnosis that proofs that my mom is not able to learn English and needs an interpreter (me). Offered two options- reschedule or have this test in English. Of coarse we said to reschedule. Meanwhile we had to ask doctor why hi told us that his evaluation proves that she is incapable to learn English, but officer didn't accept it as a proof. But today online we saw "Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence " Does it mean she is denied for good and never be able to become a citizen that she dreamed for 27 years about? Does my mom need another proof?
I765 receipt notice for replacement
Hi everyone, can someone help me understand how long it takes to get the receipt notice for a new i765 form submitted. Is there a way to get the receipt number before receiving the notice of Action for the receipt. I have filed for replacement card as USPS lost my approved EAD card and it was not delivered to me.

so guys, I need your thoughts asap. I was given a notice to appear and the time is near. My ex-wife was maltreating thereby not showing up for the interview. However, I have been able to start another application through vawa and I have been given my working authorization. I just want to know if the approved, will that be the final thing or do I need to still apply to remove the condition as my vawa is still pending? The court date is soon and am I ok with the vawa receipt notices I have now? please respond. thanks.
Will I receive my GC by December?
I’m seeing applicants with a similar timeline to me and later getting their GC approved. I submitted everything with I-485 and I have had my bios done end of August. My status is fingerprint fee received.
State: California.

PD is May 2020 and I’m from ROW.
When will I receive my GC? I haven’t received 485j receipt

i90 ( Greencard replacement)
i filed my i751 a year ago, did my biometrics 1 month ago and then received a letter by uscis that they went through my case and they apologized me that I should have been issued a 10 year Greencard instead of 2 year because my marriage was 2 years old prior to my entry to usa. now they asked me to file i90 and submit my old Greencard in mail.
the online status shows its actively reviewed. how much time its gona take more. any advices please.
