fillers NIW Feb 2021 - can I request expedite processing?
Hello, I submitted my NIW together with I-765 and I-485 on Feb 11. Had fingerprints taken on October 26, and I'm waiting for my combo card. I've seen some posts about expediting the process, how does that work? is it possible for my case?
my current OPT ends in early March 2022 and I'm starting to get worried... thanks!

I think you are referring to not the premium processing (which you can’t do for NIW) but the expediting for the combo card - you can contact either your congressman or uscis to expedite if you have a reason such as financial hardship or losing job etc, but bear in mind not many are successful, it’s very officer dependant. they will ask for evidence

Yes, i was mentioning expediting, not premium processing. Thank you for the information 🙂

You contact USCIS through emma or phone to do expedite request. Then, they are supposed to contact you if they need additional information regarding your request. I am on the same boat!
