Hi all,
My wife has petitioned me. I live abroad.
PD May 10, 2021
Case status is still “Case was received”. It’s been 4.5 month and hasn’t changed.
Is this normal? shouldn’t it be actively being reviewed?
How long do I have to wait?

Is evidence submitted to USCIS cherry picked?
I just downloaded the I-130 file uploaded to my online USCIS account and converted it from tif to pdf so I can take a look at it. I found that they didn't actually upload the I-130 but only some of the evidence. We submitted photos, wedding receipts, texts, affidavits, bills, lease and a whole lot more. But on the file that was uploaded under I-130, they scanned just the texts and receipts. I'm wondering if they choose what to scan or if someone else can check theirs and share what evidence they scanned from theirs.

Is there a way of understanding which service center processes the i485 before the receipt arrives? pending EB2 NIW at Nebraska, lawyer submitted i485, 765, 131 today but I don’t know which processing time to look up until I get the receipt? I live in California so is it California? lawyer seemed to think Nebraska. it’s so confusing
