I am waiting for approval for fiancé visa

Hi Naba when did you file. and what is your status so far. I filled May 2021. and it still says they recieve my case. But nothing since then. it's been 8 months what about you

I filed on March 29, 2021. I am still waiting and still nothing and my case is in California service center they are so slow. it’s been 274 days still nothing.

so I heard that if they don't approve you in the time frame they listed that we can email then and request expedited service. Do you know anything about this?

May filer as well. Once you are out of processing time, you can file an inquiry. Unfortunately, those seem to result in a form email that says they are working as quickly as possible. the CA office seems to be working March files, so hopefully we will reviewed soon!

been waiting since April 5,2021. still have not gotten any updates. only update I've received as petitioner is case received and receipt notice sent out on April 22,2021. almost 9months since...😔
