have you tried to open case with them?

did a case outside normal processing inquiry but no response, submitted a second one and still nothing

I would suggest to contact ombudsman and get info pass, try to call them again until you get someone. Unfortunately, it's very slow now and we have to try everything ourselves.

@ Bee Alin it seems the Potomac service center is the most slowest of all

i believe so too been like 11months already lol and on top of that i can be employed been unemployed for like 4 months already since my auto extension already ended

@ bee alin I am out of job since 12 nov..had anew job offer dated 3 Jan had to decline that too...cannot give interviews as no EAD card timeline known so truly frustrating situation

all i can do is laugh and wait haha, hopefully cross my fingers it gets approved next week
