Why so long and no updates
Its been 2 years, application for EAD card was sent this year around september. Can somebody give me some advice as to what’s happening or what to expect based on experience

i still haven’t received my work permit….(sorry im not familiar with the process/steps)

you didn’t apply for i765, you applied for vawa alone, you are going to wait until your vawa is approved before you can get a work permit category c31

yeah bout that i think i chose the wrong case category but is pretty much form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant
