i have been waiting for an answer for 14 months and nothing! mine was the i140 they denied. hope they reopen soon. I didn't know it took so long.🥺

they did not accept to reopen my case, the MTR to reopen my i 140 which was denied. It took 1 year and 3 months for them to respond. now they have transferred the case to the AAO. I was wondering how long they take to respond in this jurisdiction.

sorry to hear that…I hope you get approved soon. To be in limbo is very hard. I think applying new i140 is better than motion to reopen. fingers crossed

yes it is possible. attorney to add more evidence/ paperwork on Daniel topic and reapply. if premium processing available for category, it will be fast too

they sent mine to the AAO and now I'm waiting for their response. should take another year. Did they send yours to the AAO too?

Did you receive a response from the AAO or was your case transferred to the AAO (Administrative appeals office)?

I don’t know yet. I just checked online status shows appeal dismissed

mine was motion to reopen so it wasn’t at AAO

@denzel lee, any updates after interview? I did my interview on 10th Feb. and the case status is same as you interview was completed and your case must be reviewed, how long have to wait for them to make the decision..

the AAO sent a letter saying my i290b was going back to immigration so they can approve. if they approve I have to wait for them to approve the i140 that was denied. I was wondering how long it takes USCIS to approve. AAO took 6 months to give me this up date.
