hello friends i have question. when i applied i485 AOS marriage based. i had to find co-sponsor bcz my wife didn't had enough income that time(December 2020). now she is making enough money so do i have to bring co-sponsor details in interview next month or its good to shows my wife this year income?? thank you

GC EAD expedite request approval

Anyone got their EAD expedite request approved for dependent of H1 petitioner in TX service center. I am on H4 EAD which is due to expire soon. I thought my GC ead will come soon so didn’t apply for h4 visa and h4 ead, but it has been more than 10 months and still waiting for EAD ( I485 receipt date: oct 30,2020)

case at Nebraska service center is moving fast

it seem like all the built up is now at Texas service center because Nebraska is now moving fast I see where they taking 2 months to get ppl paper approve an I've file from feburary an ppl who file from June july getting approve at Nebraska,so what the fuck happen to Texas it nah move it's a backlog over in Texas no man it's been 7 months now an no update,ok let me be cool an watch what next month have in store for us..processing time for texas is now 10 to 13 months smh.

Since my case is in CA, I'm fearful of a long wait. Thankfully though it moved to 'Actively Being Reviewed" in a month and my husband is in the UK. I hope these are both working in our favor. 🤞🤞
