hey! anyone knows about the American new visa interview policy? I heard somewhere that they ended the interview but I'm not sure about this that's why I'm asking

Submitted medical report on sept 16 after interview and still no response up until now. Anyone had any similar experience with the Houston field office?

Hello ! does anyone know about background checks after the interview, it’s being almost a year after my interview and nothing .

1 year after my interview and nothing , it’s so depressing. I made an inquiry and it says : case requires additional review .

This is taking forever! We’ve changed our wedding venue date 3 times in anticipation. Frustrating!

Why is California taking so long? I’m from the Bahamas and we’re going to be living in Florida. We filed with Texas and it was transferred to California. Is there anyone that’s gotten approved for April yet? 🥺

Change of address

My husband and I live in the Bronx, NY and he has gotten a job offer in Massachusetts and we have to move. I want to know if this is going to delay the processing of my case since we filled our case on June 30th, done biometrics and my case is being actively reviewed. I’m very confused now. Please kindly let me know if any of you has ever been in that situation and the consequences. Your views is highly appreciated. thank you

Can someone tell me regarding supporting documents for green card based interview ( Bills, joint bank statment ,… ) should I bring the 2-3 latest one or on interview ? Thank you

I just received additional 24 months later today. and I don’t get it from when does this 24 months count, from the time that my paper got expired or it just start from here on…?

Lawyer requesting video of AOS interview

So I have these two questions: 1. Can an Applicant's lawyer request from USCIS a video of the applicant's AOS interview. 2. Can a lawyer also request from USCIS the interview details like transcripts and videos of an applicant they are not representing.
