Change of address
My husband and I live in the Bronx, NY and he has gotten a job offer in Massachusetts and we have to move. I want to know if this is going to delay the processing of my case since we filled our case on June 30th, done biometrics and my case is being actively reviewed. I’m very confused now. Please kindly let me know if any of you has ever been in that situation and the consequences. Your views is highly appreciated. thank you

Hello Araba, I do not know the distance from NY to Massachusetts but if it will require a change in the processing station, then that will delay your case a lil bit. I am saying from experience. I moved from Texas to Ga in 2019 and my case was transferred to Alabama, creating a delay coupled with COVID lockdown. Good luck to you!

i would also love to know that, filed in Massachusetts, moved to Rhode Island and now we are moving to California, done my biometrics back in mass after we changed our address to Rhode Island

just update your address. Does your husband have any family living in Bronx NY. If yes. Have home use their address. everything you need to do now is mostly online now anyway.
