why didn't show in your time line your bio

Hi Mohamed, I submitted in October, got my fingerprints in November, but nothing is updated yet for me. just that they received my file.

@ms i called uscis asking about my case the agent said it’s shows that the fingerprints is submitted . but sometimes this happens, even in thier website

@Alie Lima so you can call them on 1 (800) 375-5283 or go live on their website “Emma “ , try on the morning is better, also you can say Infopass it will take you directly to an agent ,

@mohamed thank you for the instructions. I submitted my case Oct 2021, fingerprints collected November 2021. National Benefits Center

@veronica It’s for EB-3 employment visa. The center processing my case is National Benefits Center

I apply mine last month( November )and exactly one month they sent receipt number with another letter stating we are going to reuse your previous captured fingerprints…(nabraska)
