Hi everyone. I submitted an I-130 for my husband April 2021 and just found it was was transferred from the Nebraska Service Center to Texas. Have any of you had any updates since this posting?

@Tessa where you checked to see that are transferred ?

@zou el Go to the USCIS website and login and then at the top you can search. Search for Emma. Thats the virtual assistant that you can chat with. Ask her to speak with a live representative. They will ask for you receipt number and can tell you where the case is currently being processed. I had assumed all along ours was being processed in Nebraska since that’s where our receipt came from but it must have been transferred at some point. Unfortunate since the Nebraska Center seems to be moving quicker, based on the processing time table.

@tessa thank you, for me i applied on 28 feb online and they send email, sayin your case in Nebraska, but after a week they send this letter by lail it was coming from Texas so i assume this is where it's processing, i will try talk to Emma to be sure.
