I -130 Noid
Hello there,
So we have been married since June 2019, did interview in November 2019 and then went back for stoke in January 2020. During the stoke, we had two inconsistence answers out of ninety six questions. October 2021, we got an Noid for (petitioner) raising those two unmatched answers and asked us to fight the arguments.
They also requested for more evidences to prove the marriage is bonafide.
we responded to the noid in December 2021, List of new evidence submitted in the Noid response are ;
Old and new leases with our names
Payment records with our both names
Joint tax transcripts for 2yrs
Utility Bills
Letter from employer stating husband as my spouse, life insurance beneficiary the employer offered and listed him as my emergency contact
Letter from fertility doctor saying that I and my husband are under her care for fertility treated as I have suffered miscarriage twice. (Also medical records showing lab results and ultrasounds results showing pregnancy )
Letter from IRS showing I helped my husband pay his child support he owed
Personal Life insurance claiming ourselves
International trip together to my home country with tickets, hotels and pictures
Notarized Affidavits from our lease assistant manager and also from family and friends
Bank account closure letter (no joint account now, was closed in 2020)
what is the timeline hearing from them and What are our chances of getting this Noid approved?
Please help!!!

I think you gonna get chance approved because you give us all evidence just waiting for 2 weeks or 3 weeks to see what Gonna happens on your case

you will get approved! This is a lot! I am also thinking of starting fertility treatment with wife! please update us when you do. everything you submitted seems similar to mine except for the fertility treatment proof and child support payment

Great news. the I -130 case got approved after 10 days of responding to the Noid. The I-1485 hasn’t changed yet, what’s next to expect?
Also, our marriage has been 2yrs 9 months. would the GC be 2 or 10 years? thank you everyone

10 years! congrats on your baby also! Did you guys have to pay the full amlount for the fertility treatment or did they give you guys a payment plan @chy chy

10 years green card uscis gonna give I’m also have 3 years marriage may 2022 gonna give me 4 years of marriage my i485 not change yet to I’m waiting I’m in removal proceedings

The I-130 got approved on January 3rd 2022. today I received RFE for I-485 asking for form I-693 Report medical examination and vaccination Record as the one I have on file is no longer valid. it’s over 2yrs since the surgeon signed it.
I am asked to submit a new one before March 31 2022 or they will deny the case I-485.
do I need to respond this using an attorney?

hello everyone ,
so we got the case tracker notification on Jan 3rd 2022 that our I-130 was approved and that they sent the approval notice. a week later we got the approval notice on I-797 notice of action for the i-130 but had notice date as December 30 2022 and days later RFE for the pending I-485 requesting for medical examination and vaccination record which I did and sent back on January 13th and the tracking said delivered on 14th January.
so today the case tracker app showed Notice was retuned to usics because the post office couldn’t not deliver it for form I-130.
what notice are they sending that got returned?
it’s still same address that we got the previous notice and also an RFE that says post office couldn’t deliver it.
what’s going on please can anyone educate us?
