@ak - You can request for processing outside of normal time to expedite your petition. It is unfortunate that USCIS is delaying processing of cases impacting our lives..

rocky .. but I wonder if that is going to help further my case at all.. I have a GC ead valid for 2 yrs .. so do you think I have a chance ? on what grounds should I be putting in an expedite request.. I am also working based on my ead so I can’t give financial losses etc .. 🥴 very weird situation to be in .. like trapped .. 😕
