I-131 (Advance Parole)
Does the I-131 get approved at the same time as the EAD for AOS applicants?

normally yes.they are cases they don't approve 131

Yes!! if you have applied for both, you receive something called combo card which can be used as ead card or for traveling basically its a same card that stats SERVES AS I 512 ADVANCE PAROLE at the bottom of the card

Someone said if you applied concurrently they will approve both or else they won’t. is this true? any idea?

they can approve both in a combo card.they are cases they don't approve both or one of them
